  • We ask for a credit card on file for booking to streamline appointments and enforce our cancellation policy, helping us serve more patients effectively and maintain service quality. Rest assured, your information will be securely managed in accordance with our privacy policy

  • You can book an appointment by either booking online via our website or calling our dedicated administration team.

  • Our clinic offers a range of services that are commonly covered by extended health insurance, including chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, and osteopathy. Specific coverage may vary based on your insurance plan.

  • To determine if your extended health insurance covers our services, review your insurance policy. Check your insurance policy documents or contact your insurance provider to understand what services are covered. Our administrative team can provide guidance on the services available at our clinic however we can not contact your insurance company on your behalf.

  • You need to provide your insurance policy details, such as your policy number and the name of your insurance provider. When booking online you will have an opportunity to upload your insurance information. Alternatively, our clinic's administrative staff can assist you in submitting claims and ensuring a smooth process.

  • Insurance plans often have limitations or restrictions, such as coverage limits, specific eligible providers, or waiting periods. It's essential to understand the terms of your policy to maximize your benefits.

  • You are not required to have a referral in order to see any of our providers. However, it's possible that you'll need a doctor's referral with a date preceding your initial appointment to qualify for reimbursement from your extended health insurance. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to review the specific terms of your plan, as each policy is distinct.

  • Our clinic typically offers direct billing services to the below insurance companies, which means we can bill your insurance provider directly for covered services. However, some plans may require you to pay upfront and then submit a claim for reimbursement. Our administrative team can guide you through this process.

Our administrative team will process your primary insurance claim, and any outstanding balance will be your responsibility to pay. You can then submit the receipt to your secondary insurance for reimbursement.

  • While extended health insurance can cover a significant portion of healthcare expenses, some plans may have co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services. It's important to be aware of any potential out-of-pocket costs. For any outstanding balances, payment is expected upon the conclusion of the appointment.

  • No, unfortunately at this time we do not accept WSIB patients. Regrettably, WSIB imposes limitations on clinic options and does not fully cover the essential physiotherapy costs required for top-notch services. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in physiotherapy and cannot compromise on the quality of care we provide to our clients. We are happy to assist WSIB claimants if they would like to book a regular assessment and treatment sessions.
