  • A Naturopathic consultation typically involves a thorough assessment of your medical history, lifestyle, and dietary habits. Your Naturopath will provide personalized recommendations/treatments that may include:

    • Physical/ mental health evaluation

    • Blood work investigations

    • Nutrition consult

    • Supplements and herbs

    • Acupuncture (+/- electrostimulation)

    • Muscle cupping

    • Light therapy

    • Therapeutic ultrasound therapy

  • The duration of a Naturopathic session varies but typically your initial session will be 75 minutes with subsequent appointments lasting 30 minutes to an hour. The number of sessions required depends on your specific health goals and the complexity of your condition.

  • Naturopathic Medicine is not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Coverage for Naturopathic treatments can vary depending on your insurance plan. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine coverage.
